Refunds and Returns

Please choose carefully when purchasing jewellery from Simonve Valentina. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, including if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or style.

However, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item you receive is:

  • Faulty or defective,

  • Significantly different from the description or photos, or

  • Not fit for purpose.
